Nitto NT01 tire rotation question

Hello,
I have a square set up 275-35-18 and I couldn’t find a rotation pattern/recommendation. Can these go left to right as well as front to back?

Yup, swap em all over. Flip them on the rim to get more life out of them as well.

usually, you only swap front to rears. or viceversa
