Those are the 19' rims at least they look like them to me....did you mean the spiked tires? if so try Tirerack.com they might have some, like the article states some states don't allow them so I'm not sure if tirerack will ship everywhere.

I meant the rims. I have seen them in many pictures(european owners). They had them with winter tires. So, I was wondering if these rims are out in the US yet. I think those are offered by BMW as OEM winter wheels.

Thats where the tow eye attaches so they can yank the car out of the snow if it gets stuck on a drift. The tow eye is part of the tool kit in the trunk and just screws into the metal part of the bumper behind a small plastic cover which is missing in this photo. Most if not all BMWs have this feature.
