I am in the market for a TT.

What is the background on your car?

-How Many Owners?
-Is is CPO'd
-Did you list all the options? i.e: Does it have heated seats?
-Do you Have recent DME readings?
-Any Paint?
-Did you do the 40K service?

Sorry, I came to find out that buying a TT is way more complicated than getting a M3. You can't just simply do buy these things without some major questions.
