Good deal on this 2008 E90 M3

What would a good offer be for this M3? I am looking to spend about $50k.

This is the other one I am looking at. It says its CPO's although in the description it states available with exisiting warranty. I though CPO'd cars have 6 year/100k warranty?

That car has been on autotrader for months. They should be willing to deal, but you never know.

I mentioned i would be interested in the mid to upper $40k range and they declined saying they own more on the car than that. I was thinking about offering $50k.

I really want a DCT car but they are difficult to come by. If anyone knows of any low mileage DCT's around, please let me know.

I really like the color combo on that E92, though the price is high. I bought my car from Schomp so let me know if you need any help. I like the sedan too, $50k would be a good price for the car.
