Welcome new members! I have studied the official books in detail (took me 90 seconds), and upon detailed analysis, determined that we currently have 47 members.

Time to set some enrollment goals for the club so that we can indeed take over the world. Let's do some estimation here:

BMW plans to make 100000 E9X M3s in 6 years. Let's say it's been exactly a year, but we discount production a bit since US cars were not delivered until March'08, and assume that they've sold about 10000 by now world wide (note that we are a global club so we should consider the global figures). Let's also assume that 70% of those cars have been 6MTs (DCT didn't show up until Spring'08).

So, that leaves us with 7000 6MT built to date.

We have 47 members.

That means our market penetration is 0.67%.

WTF!? We can't take over the world like that. How am I supposed to initiate a $50 annual membership fee as the president, bribe South, siphon the money, get rich, dump my M3, and buy an F430 at this pace?

Let's beat some common sense into the global M3 owners and have them sign up for The Club!

I just got mine last week!!! \ Already took it to the track 12.7@114mph 1/4 No launch control.
