I want to say they get 20 mpg and it has ventilated seats. I also like how rare they are (at least in the DC metro area).

Doh, I stand corrected. I thought for sure since the IS350 had the seats, the ISF would as well. Either way, definitely a nice alternative to the M3 and C63. My car gets a pathetic 15mpg around town and 21 or so on the hwy. Additionally, the ISF has the best stereo out of the 3 (including the premium sound on the M3) and to many in this segment is not important, but I figured I'd point it out. The car looks better in person and it has definitely grown on me.

Instead I tried to convince the wife to get a C63 instead. I though 2 super sedans and an SUV would work out nicely.....but she figured the opposite would be true.... Fairly obvious who won that discussion. Anyways, nice to see someone that is open minded enough to try different vehicles regardless of the badge on the hood. |

Yeah, the only acceptable sound in my C63 comes from the exhaust note. The bass on the stock stereo is just pathetic.

i like the IS-F, just a shame of the faux dual tips. if those were at least functional i'd be 100% all over it.

nice car for sure, but near the price of the m3 so i would rather get the M3 over the isf. though i do think the ISF is a beast.

HI RES for you to actually see. Doesn't even look like the right side has any inner pipes at all. Even more poser than the IS-F right? |

While the tips may not be connected they are actually functional. If you do some research the rear-end set up aids in downforce. Apparently the fake tips on the Lambo's and Ferrari's are ok though? |

Up here in Canada, you can get a fully loaded 2010 IS F or C63 for roughly around $74-76K. A fully loaded M3 will run you $90K. A $14K premium just doesn't seem worth it, imho, even though the M3 is an amazing machine. |

Do you feel the same way about Lambo, Ferrari, and Audi? Because yeah they all do it too.

It depends where in canada the M3 is 6K more then the ISF but I wouldnt buy an IS-F since it only comes with an auto tranny. But between 63K and 69K there is not much difference to be honest.

I looked at a new C63 and M3 before finally deciding on our new X5 a couple of months ago. A fully loaded IS F is $74K here. A fully loaded C63 was $76K and a fully loaded M3 was $89K.

All my cars are stripped down...Never had nav and I don't plan to unless it's standard option otherwise I'll pass.

I've got 27k miles on mine and was told I still have 60% up front and 80% on the back. Obviously it's not tracked, but it does get pushed regularly. An M3 or C63 will be no cheaper or easier on brakes. |
