Thanks! Just converted to catless non resonated Xpipe and it sounds much better. People were giving me funny looks since it's a sedan? I don't know.

I bought a dog chew toy that was a fox and cut the tail off for $5. Sewed a hair tie to the end lol.

it's a speed ventures event and it's the first day of bimmer challenge. It's pretty fun to see how you compare against others. It's basically a cool little time trial tournament.

Who's throwing the car control clinic? I have a feeling it is not going to be what you think it is.

Yeah. Not sure about that event. Car control can mean anything from heavy braking in a straight line to weaving through cones. I'm guessing you want to learn how to correct a slide. I can teach you that at buttonwillow lol. We can do ride along and observe and then repeat in each other's cars. Buttonhook is the perfect place for that. Safe offs nothing to hit just gotta create some space.

Bimmer challenge is just your usual track day but you fill out a spec sheet to see what class you are in and then lap times are taken. You accumulate points throughout the year and get awards. Nothing special but cool nonetheless to add to your motorsports cubby

It's fun to put a friendly competitive component to it and meet others too. Met some fast ass people and they've become good friends. Can learn a ton from them as well.

yea, i just want to experience different situations where i would need to correct the car. i've had to do slight corrections twice, once at turn 8 at big willow and once cresting that little hill at the streets. i was a little irritated when i spun at the streets last october- it should have been correctable, but i'm still a beginner. part of the learning curve, but i want to get better!

Try DSC off and slow your pace and work your way up again. That's what I did but it was before I was relatively fast so I was able to work my ass on feeling the grip.

Pretty soon spins will be nothing lol.
