Two Wheels or Four?

Mine just arrived today and I tried to get the old ones out as well to no avail. In the Sedan the assembly is completely different from the coupe. The honeycomb seems to be a separate piece from the part that's getting replaced, but I can't tell if the honeycomb is one piece or two. I slipped a zip tie behind the top honeycomb and threaded it through to loosen it, same with the bottom, but the middle piece won't come loose. Where are you supposed to put the credit card?
My fender is also plastic.

It isn't THAT hard, just get a chrome putty knife or credit card and pop the stays out one at a time. It won't scratch the paint or the chrome grill, then work it without letting any of the pins pop back in. The first one side difficult, but once you get the hang of it the second one is much easier. Here is a good tip-Just notice where the pins are on the replacement, as they are exactly the same as the OEM, target each one and then sure enough it comes free. GL, it is worth it once you are done.

Maybe its time for one of you highly motivated individuals to do a photo and or video tutorial of how all this is done as nothing is working and Ive already been way too close to causing damage to the fender from trying. Damn e90's

For those who have succeeded in getting it out on the sedan, does the honeycomb and the black piece behind the honeycomb come out with the chrome piece? Or does the chrome piece come out by itself?

In the videos I've seen, the black piece on the coupe comes out attached to the chrome...
