Aftermarket Bumper

Last Friday I was fortunate enough to begin my day with some moron plowing into me while stopped at a light. Lucky for me, he happened to be part of the roughly 2% of drivers in Miami who are actually insured. The damage was to the bumper and to the right muffler, and both will need to be replaced. I just got a preliminary estimate from a shop endorsed by his insurance for almost $3,000 and that was just from a visual inspection.

I plan on replacing the muffler with OEM parts because I don't want to mess with the warranty, but I was thinking about using this opportunity to get an aftermarket bumper. I currently have the BMW Performance CF splitters and spoiler, so something with a built-in CF diffuser to match would be nice. The only ones I've seen online are Vorsteiner, and I'm not too keen on the look (I would like something a little more subtle). Does anyone know of any other full bumpers out there for the E92?

Dont think there are any subtle rear bumpers out right now. At least nothing that i can recall.

I'd just get the oem bumper and throw on either the vorsteiner or Challenge diffuser and call it a day.

How about a Euro bumper with the splitters molded in? You can check with IND.

I've always loved that, but it's not exactly subtle.

stock bumper

Did you have any luck finding a cheap stock bumper? I had a similar run in with a moronic individual. Lucky for me it only resulted in bumper damage.

No luck with a cheap bumper, but I haven't called Omar yet. Might try that tomorrow. The factory bumper isn't crazy expensive ~$900
