Fair price for used E92?

Hey guys. I'm in the market for a pre-owned M3 coupe. I just missed out on ordering a new one by a few months - so I'm looking for one as new as possible. I found the following:

2013 M3 coupe
Space Gray w/Novillo black/fox red leather
7,000 miles
6 speed manual
Competition Pkg, Premium Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg
Moonroof, enhanced premium sound, iPod and satellite

Basically fully loaded. Car is located in the northeast.

They are asking $66,995. I was thinking something closer to $60K would be fair. What do you guys think?

By the way, the car is at a BMW dealership. One owner (guy traded it in when his Ferrari finally arrived). Clean Carfax. It's immaculate inside and out. It is not CPO.

When allocations were available many members were buying similarly spec'd builds for about 66K-69K new. Steve Thomas BMW regularly sold Ms below invoice. Last year I would have said no way to 67K for a used car with 7000 miles. Now many 2012 are being sold at dealers with 10K+ mileage for 60-63K. The price is too high but you have limited options.

I don't know how much research you have conducted but I would avoid the cold weather package and the moonroof. With the exception of the heated seats, the cold weather package is annoying. The headlight washers constantly spray fluids over the lights and the hood. The carbon fiber rood is so aesthetically appealing compared to the moonroof look. If you want these options then still use them against the dealer. Try for 62K if its a 6MT and 63.5K for a DCT.

Thanks, Hurricane. Appreciate the thoughts on the cold weather and moonroof. For the roof, I can appreciate the performance and aesthetics of the carbon fiber roof, but I can't live without a moonroof. For the cold weather, I hear you on the headlight washers. I had them on a previous Audi and they were similar to what you described - but I can live with it. Good thought about using those two features against the dealer in negotiations.

I think I'll try to get the car for $61K and see if they go for it. Maybe they'll come up to your $62K suggestion.

09 coupe MR black interior 45k miles
Tech, 19's premium packages as well cold weather.
6spd
They are asking 42k is that a good deal?
I didn't test drive or ask for the carfax yet.
What do you all think?
Should I negotiate for lower?
