Engine and throttle feel extremely sluggish after service??

Actually going to Shannonville tomorrow. So it will get some track time...finally.

i had my 08 flashed with the newest software yesterday...i also am not convinced. throttle feels sluggish as well vs. how it was before. but really only off idle. (after engaging 1st)
