wonder if it is the new oil you are feeling. it is fairly well documented that the tws shears to somewhere around a 40 wt and stabilizes there after a thousand miles or so. higher viscosity will result in higher drag, thus a slight loss of power. doubt this would be perceptible though.

I change my oil every 6000KM, never had this before. I have 73000kms on the car now.

Could it be the clutch maybe, it engages and feels fine though. Fuel pump?

No way anyone can feel this IMO.

Hehe; what's next? : )

To test clutch - put it in 4th, 5th, and 6th at around 1500RPM and floor it. If the clutch is slipping, the RPMs will shoot up at some point in the acceleration without a corresponding increase in speed.

RE: Fuel pump - If you were short on fuel, you will get a lean code and SES light. Same goes for running rich - you will get a code and SES.

Have you considered allowing the car's ECU to adapt by driving it for a bit....when i had done an ECU update and filter changes ,,i also noticed sluggish..just threw some MS109 in there and drove the piss out of it..the car began to pull better after that

or its all in my head..

Car is at the dealer now and they did confirm the car is not performing correctly. Hopefully its nothing major.

Typical dealer tried to blame my Dinan tune before they even really got into anything else. I put that to rest quickly.

Dealer said they checked all the work, and it all appears fine. They are now blaming my Dinan tune, and claiming its the cause.

Possible they re wrote something, no software work was done though. Only thing they did was reset the service intervals in the iDrive. Other then that it was straight mechanical work.

Going to have it reflashed tomorrow morning. This better solve it.

One plug was replaced too, feels better but it's 100% yet. Needs to adapt.

This was at another dealer. BMW Toronto was the first dealer, never going back.

Hope it's completely resolved soon/already. Frustrating when dealer's poor work manages to f-up a perfectly fine machine.

First dealer basically blamed my tune and were not prepared to do anything else. The problem had nothing to do with it.

BMW Toronto sucks!!!!!
