Tracking with wife or "We can win the race" video

My wife was brave enough to go out with me for a session on the racetrack Buttonwillow

She enjoyed it, but said that one 20 minute session was plenty of track time for her in one day. She said she enjoyed hard braking the most

This was Speed District event on 09/30/2012 when they had to run 27CW due to technical issues.. We had a ton of fun nevertheless

Looks like you guys had fun...she's a keeper if she lasted 20mins! My wife only lasted one 50sec auto-x run...lol.

Very brave indeed!

I can't even post the video of my wife on Daytona. Her mom did better! We didn't even complete a full lap missing the best part, T1. I wasn't even driving nearly as aggressive as this video...good thing for MDM!

Track wives rock.

My SO has been out with me in my former race car many times. Her best in car experience was when James Clay took her out in my car at race speed. Sub 2:10's at the Glen.

Speed District allows passengers? I have done a couple of autocrosses with the m3 and track events with the motorcycle but none allowed passengers for liability reasons..

Yes, they do. Speed District is the best track events organizer IMO. You get a ton of track time with just 3 groups w/ limited amount of cars and what you do not get is bs like "liability reasons".

I can understand motorcycle

I can't wait to do HPDEs this year with my current gf. I'm letting her use my E46 M3 as her track car (SMG) since she can't drive stick too well.
