Yesterday was fantastic, a good way to end the season, many thanks to Robin for organizing.

As for STALKER, let me remind him of a few of his comments from this year.

And as of yesterday, he's been officially spanked! He tried to stay ahead for a few turns, but he just couldn't handle the pressure. After a couple wiggles, he had to let me by. So now he's not only bitter and jealous, but slow too!

Oh, and here is another quote from STALKER talking about me passing others.

Your car is faster in freezing temps, no argument here.

I'm guessing it'll be faster in all temperatures. Don't forget we were both running PSS and with all those fancy suspension mods you'd think you'd be able to find some grip.

It was a blast, and one of the best days of the year, for sure.

I got 6 out of 8 brake pads wear to the metal after this day, and the wear pattern does not look normal. I posted pics in another thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...9#post12950359

Ouch, thats bad. I hope stock pad/rotor setup doesn't wear in this way. Keep us posted on what you find out.

You should be fine with the stock pad/rotor set up. I ran a full summer that way without issue and wear was fine, as have many others.

Max's issue is a pretty isolated issue and I am sure he will get it sorted.

I'm sure he does not want to hear about my issues with stock brakes (e.g. losing them at the end of braking zone before 5a)

But seriously, pad wear in stock brakes is exemplary, even under hard use. But there is the issue of limited cooling capacity that you need to watch for, but it is very manageable.

The fact that you even wrecked pads on a BBK doesn't give you much credibility..........

Where are you getting those pictures from? Your passenger looks photoshopped - sitting way too low. Or did you just floor him with your levels of grip

Robin sent the picture to me. In the 911, the seating position is really low - but I probably surprised the passenger with the way I threw the car around. He kept mentioning how surprised with how much grip the car had.

I spotted shizzle last sunday night on the 401, as we were both stuck in traffic. I figured you were one of the guys that went to DDT.
I wasn't in the the M, but nice car man!

Thanks!

That traffic was brutal coming home. Who would authorize the closing of 3 of 4 express lanes on the 401 on a Sunday evening!?
