7.15% off MSRP on the LCI M3 good deal?

I received an offer from my local dealer for such a discount, I think it is very good, what do you guys think?

He told me the true mark up of the car is about 8.5% here in Canada, I read previous invoice prices and its about right, anybody know if that is in fact the case?

Sounds like a good deal.

Which dealership are you dealing with?

Yeah normally 4% off MSRP is reasonable. What is price/options if you dont mind saying? how much above invoice?

I dont think we will see 8000-10000 off MSRP ever again for e9x M3 like the 08s

Not that it's an M3, but I was offered 4% off MSRP for a 2011 335xi, just during initial talks. I'm hoping to get 5.5-6% off in the more detailed talks.....is this reasonable?

My friend when they were offering cash rebates from factory got his 335i sedan @ about 8% discount. Are you buying a coupe or sedan? I know sedan is easier to get discounts for esp. @ the end of the year

In December, some dealers were offering 8% off sticker, plus $3k factory incentives, plus 0.9% 5-year financing on the remaining 2009 335xi's sedans.

5-6% off a 2011 335xi sedan sounds very reasonable considering they're not even being delivered yet....

sorry for the late replies, I am dealing with 2 dealers including BMW store and Park Shore BMW, we could actually both buy from him so we can split the referral fee (we will get $300-$500) , on top of the discount.
send me a PM and lets try to get a good deal from them Schnell325.

+ 1 You guys should definitely try and do that,

I referred my friend where I bought my lexus lx570 from, and the owner now treats me like gold. I make my own service appts, and get executive loaners (basically what the owner is driving or anything I want from the lot)
My friends bought a corvette c6, is350, is250awd...and now im buying a sienna off the same lexus dealer all within a span of 2 years
