Seller is very knowledgable with respect to U.S. cars & requirements. These are for U.S. LHD and Euro-Spec only with regards to the aspheric glass (which I personally like better for their EZ blindspot removal).

If you don't want to go with the aspheric glass - you can purchase housings only & the pricing is way better than you will EVER find buying in U.S.

Housings are Power-Fold with Memory, Heated P/N 51168053719 (Right)/51168053720 (Left)

Foxxer, are these still for sale? The side mirrors in the picture looks like they're for a white car...? Are they painted? I don't have Premium package (auto-folding mirrors). Is my 2011.5 M3 pre-wired for these mirrors? I know I'll need to replace my driver side window/side mirror controls and get the code added but is all the hardware "plug and play"?

I paid for my set on 12/20/13. here it is 1 month & 10 days later - and I got NOTHING

I realize they are coming from Poland, but I could have walked there and picked them up myself faster

• I asked for Tracking# & shipper multiple times, like ANY buyer would request, yet I was ignored. As far as I know, they never shipped.
  
• You stopped answering emails & PM's on 12/16/13, your website states it's under construction till 2/2 (http://www.ajp-automotive.pl/), and the phone number you gave me states:

You knew I was under a deadline, now I had to go & spend $500+ to get one expedited to me for today.

It's a well know/safe payment site in Europe similar to PayPal here.

They offer Buyer Protection & have claim process same as PP

After registering on PayU, I used a CC to finalize payment. You get transaction records/data just like PP

I really would like to think that it's just a problem in shipping - but I'm totally in the dark as I have no shipping info to check myself

Hell, I regularly get items from Scheidmann in Odense that arrives in 5-6 days by FedEx with no problem.

All he had to do was a simple thing like give me shipping info so I could keep a handle on things - guess that was too much to ask.


I can't be believe that I'm being ripped off, especially after the extended correspondence we had AFTER I paid, a lot of it was non-business related and he seemed like a personable guy. Who would go to all that time/trouble just to scam someone? He could have just taken the $$ and never heard from him again.

I would gladly retract this if only he would get back to me with shipping info and/or the problem.

But the fact of the matter is - I got screwed anyway. I told him multiple times I needed the mirrors before end of month for State Inspection as one of mine was busted off by my better half pulling into the garage

Tomorrow is last day, & I had to buy one new mirror with expedited shipping from vendor - or I would be illegal come 2/1.

So now I'm out the $$ for his mirrors & the $500+ for the new one.

So needless to say, I'm pissed whether I get his mirrors or not as there was more than ample enough time for them to get to me between 12/20/12 and now

Well, I guess I felt more assured because he owned a business and was very knowledgable about BMW parts - we talked for some time prior to me actually sending payment.

Plus he did have other FS posts some time ago where items sold & I didn't see anyone bringing up any problems.

Low post count and no iTrader doesn't necessarily mean you are a crook - I had a low post count at one time & I never ripped off anyone in my life, plus I can't count how many things I sold on here that I gave feedback to the Buyer - never to receive any Seller feedback in return.

So my new program is I don't leave feedback till they leave it for me

Well, I gave him one more chance to reply before I file my claims in a couple hrs when I get home (with PayU you have to wait 1 month after payment and no receipt of items before you can file a claim anyway)

Since IDK how they were shipped (by what method), I don't have any idea as to time frame to expect, & it's been 19 days since I was told they shipped.

He knew I had a deadline, may be he didn't actually get them shipped when he stated, or knew method used would not get them to me in time and is just afraid to admit it, or they are stuck in customs for some reason - but doesn't matter to me as I now assume I am receiving nothing since he won't reply (& has blocked any other method of communication) with info for me to check personally. So he has actually just made things worse if any above excuses apply.

So for now, until this issue get's resolved, be warned to not do business with this member, or anyone stating they are from AJP Automotive in Poland - and he has quite a few other threads with items for sale on here.

I'd be interested to hear from other members if he sold any other items thru here where the outcome was favorable?

If this get's resolved in the proper manner - I will definitely recant my accusations...

You are more patient than I would be. The fact that you have been emailing this person so many times and not receiving a reply would make me file the complaint right now. Especially when knowing that this person has logged onto this forum recently so that would mean they could have replied. I just checked and they logged in again just hours after the last login I posted above. If it was me I would file the complaint now and get the ball rolling. It is sad that there are people like this out there. I have personally made it a rule not to sell or buy out of the country as I was scammed from a person in Alberta Canada years ago from eBay. I sold him a computer part for $400.00 and the way he asked me to ship it there was no proof he received it. So he files a complaint through PayPal and wins. That SOB got my computer part and $400.00 back in his account. That hurt and I will never do it again. Just takes one bad experience and you will think twice the next time.

I sent you a PM but posting here as well. I paid for some things from Martin at AJP also. He has stopped replying to my e-mails as well. Last I heard from him, he had trouble receiving some of my payments through PayU so he was making a PayPal account.

He seemed very knowledgeable and was even looking into sourcing a CIC retrofit for me from someone else.

This was the last message I got from him on Jan 21:

Shipping is arranged for you, sorry for delay i'm out for a biztrip till 23th.
