Best dealer for service in Miami?
Hi guys. I'll be moving to Miami in a couple months and will be driving my new 2011.5 E93 M3 from the Performance Center down there as part of my move
I'll need my 1200 mile service pretty quick and was wondering who people recommend for service? I've heard Braman isn't likely to give loaners out if you didn't buy from them (I'm buying from my local dealership).. not sure if the South Miami BMW does or Ft. Lauderdale? Any help appreciated. |

Your best bet is to call ahead of time. South motors BMW is good on giving loaners.

My friend with an E93 told me that the Braman loaner story is that you don't get one if you bought a BMW from another dealership in the state, but if you bought it out of state they will give you a loaner.
So call them and verify, but it sounds like if you got it out of state you're good. Quote:

at braman, getting a loaner if you didn't buy the car at there depends on your SA. Some will claim that the policy is to not give a loaner to anyone that didn't buy the car at that dealership (including out of state buyers). But if you get a good SA they won't even ask. I have had good luck using Ryan Mullings. He is actually a SA for Mini, however he handles BMWs in limited quantiites. You just need to speak to him to schedule the appt instead of the receptionist. If you get a SA names Phillipe, you won't get a loaner. He did provide me with a ride to get where I needed to and offered to have me picked up also when the car was ready.
