VF 620 Dipstick bolt almost stripped

Hello everyone, I have a VF 620 M3 and it's about time to change the oil in the Supercharger and the dipstick bolt is on super tight and can't get it off. Anyone know which dipstick assembly I need to buy from Vortech cause there's 3 of them and they all have different degree tilts. Any advice helps! Thanks!

been here myself, the brass fitting is very soft and no allen key seems to fit perfectly "snug" its like its always slightly to small allowing to much slack in the Hex of the dip stick.

Is it a half size metric?
They have 4.5mm wrenches and such.

If anyone else runs into this issue and don't know which dipstick assembly to order here is the email they sent me.

The supercharger sits at 45deg in the clockwise direction. The supercharger unit is a V3 Si CCW straight unit. I believe Vortech will be able to supply the correct dipstick with that info.

Also I believe it's a 3/16 Allen wrench were suppose to use.

Stripped mine as well lol. Going to have to pay someone to tap it to get it out. Whoever thought brass was a good idea is a moron.

I've seen a tech remove two plugs and both times they lightly tapped on the wrench to make sure it set in the hole tight, then removed the plug without any problems.

Let us know how it goes using that tool. Mine is completely stripped, just a shredded circle in the brass.

So the grabit drillbit didn't work haha. ended up using a bigger torx and hammering it in the bolt and with all my pressure finally got it out luckily not damaging anything!

Man that is even more mangled than mine! Glad you got that sucker out. Next time I'm going to torque it with 2lbs of pressure...

Yeah it was hell! Finally came out. I literally tightened the new one until I couldn't turn it with my fingers with the Allen wrench.

remember this piece needs barely Zero Tq, it's a non pressured piece o we can literally snug it in place.

Mine has been stripped since the first time I tried to remove it, so I've never taken it out in over 2 years. I just measure what goes in and what comes out

Do you fill it up through the relief bolt?
