2009 e92 30,xxx miles, DCT, Prem, Tech, 1 owner price check

I have run across an M3 that so far sounds pretty good. It's an 09 with 30,xxx miles, 1 owner, no accidents, with the premium and tech package as well as DCT. Paint looks good, interior looks perfect. Appears to have been well cared for. It's listed at $35k. I'm typically not a black car guy, but I'm thinking this might be too good to pass up. The only other drawback for me is that it has a sunroof, but again, I'm not sure it's a deal killer. Opinions on the price?

I forgot, does tech package have nav?
35k is an amazing price for 30K miles. normally you pay 40K for 40K miles (that seems to be the 1$/mile point for these cars at the moment.

It does have navigation. Also the carbon trim and black leather seats. Upgraded sound as well.

Definitely sounds like a good find to me. Does it have cold weather package (i.e. fold down rear seats)?

35k is really a great deal man...what are you waiting for if there is no record of accidents?

The color is the only thing holding me up. I guess I'll just have to bust out the wax a bit more often.

Yeah...if you are not into the color thats something else, I had the same issue before..found great deals on other cars but THE ONLY disadvantage that held me was the exterior color. I would live with the interior color but not the exterior. I am also not a black car person

Good luck with your decision..it is a great deal though

Black car is very difficult. Is it the metallic or regular black? If its metallic I would say go for it. The flakes help hide the swirls more.

go with "paint is dead" motto and wrap it a different color, $3500 I'd assume

Going tomorrow to look at it. Being the end of the month, hopefully they can find some more savings for me.

Picked it up tonight. Beyond mint. Not a scratch or rock chip anywhere to be found. Looks brand new inside and out.

Congrats. What did you end up purchasing the car for? Did you get them down more?

No. It was one of those true price deals, so no haggling. Plus two buyers fell through due to financing earlier that day and while I was there 4-5 more showed up wanting it, so I wouldn't have had much power to negotiate anyways. $34,900 bought it.
