Sounds like your door seals. It is a well known BMW issue... I always seem to get the creaking/squeaking door seals after waxing the car. If wax gets on the painted surface where the rubber door seal makes contact you will get the noise.
Take a micro fiber cloth and use a little Dawn dish soap to clean the painted surface. it has always worked for me. BMW will tell you to apply a lubricant to the seals and that seems to work as well though it will dry over time and you'll need to reapply the lubricant.

You'll have to hunt them down and apply krytox to the plastic-on-plastic pieces and/or automotive felt to areas that have contact. Door seals would be my first attack point, using krytox or an equivalent:
http://www.amazon.com/Finish-Line-Ex...eywords=krytox There is a rattle index somewhere on the site, it may pinpoint you to areas that squeak/creak.
