HELP: Aftermarket Steering Wheel issues

Hi,

So I installed my OMP steering wheel to use at the track and after installing I got few issues that I would like to know if someone knows whats up!

First, after I installed, my AC doesnt even turn on anymore even after I put my stock wheel back and plugged all the cables.

Second, after I spun out at the track, my steering wheel got really heavy...its like driving a lotus now. I check fluid and it was ok so not sure now what the problem is.

I put my OEM wheel back now until I can solve both issues.
