South Bay BMW - service advisor rec

Anyone here frequents South Bay BMW and can vouch for a good service advisor who is knowledgeable about M's?

I deal with mike henehan. He is a solid guy straight up and honest. I don't think he is an M expert but if you contact him I'm sure he'd be straight forward if you tell him what/who you are looking for.

Can I ask why South Bay BMW? Is your car under warranty?

I've read good things about them and I live close, but the prices are too much for me for someone who is out of warranty IMHO.

Yeah, never even looked at the prices because car is under warranty. But I've also never had anything really serious wrong with the cars I have taken there. But mike has always been very straight forward and cool and sticks to his word which means a lot to me. I am a firm believer though in you get what you pay for and there are so many horror stories out there but if you are going for "cheapest" you typically don't get the best level of service or quality.

I always deal with Mike Henehan. Everything you said holds true.

He doesn't know much about the M's but is always up front and honest with you. Will always call to update you on the progress of your vehicle and I have never had a hiccup using him. My previous M had a charger and some other mods and I never ran into a problem.

This is who I use, and one of his techs actually owned a M3 sold it and now owns a 335is.

Southbay is solid for service...

Thanks all...sounds like Mike is the go-to guy at South Bay. Other dealerships, thanks for chiming in but South Bay is just so conveniently close to me.
