switching to a m3 :)

I've just put my 335 coupe on leasebusters.com after test driving the new m3 today. I though my 335 was fast. The m3 is a racecar its your 335 put on barry bonds steriods. The clutch was lighter than the 335 but it was amazing. The steering was unreal reminded me of the handling on mario cart. I wasnt going to get EDC but after using it today on the demo for 2 geeze its worth it for sure. Driving the m3 was like driving a totally different car compared to my 335. The only negative on the m3 was i think the inside of my 335 looks better. I dont like how the middle part by the idrive is so plain it looks cheap. I also didnt like how it didnt have split armrest (do we not get this in canada) and no back armrest.

Soo i've decided on a fully loaded jerez black coupe. Im just trying to figure out if i should lease or buy. i have always leased all my cars, but i think it would make more sense to buy the m3.

Right now i am paying $1131 a month taxes in for my 335. The M3 is going to be $1732 a moth taxes in nothing down for both. Price is $85890 for 3 years 72000 km interest rate 7.45%. So basically i will be paying about 60k for 3 years if i lease. If i buy the m3 i am estimating it will cost about $98 thousand with taxes (have to get the price form dealer tomorrow) So if i am thinking about this right if i think the m3 is going to be worth more than $38 k in 3 years i am better off buying right?????
ALso the dealer wants me to put 3 grand non refundable downpayment to order the my m3 is that bullshit or standard?

i will appreciate your comments thanks

ps. the only option i am thinking of not getting is the extended leather because i am not sure if its worth it on a black interior. Is that a mistake??

Hopefully everything will work out i love the m3333
