Looked like a fun drive. Too bad I didn't see any e9x M3's or any modded Bimmers while I was in Colorado a few weeks ago

The RR is simply in a league of it's own. I had three R1's before this bike ('99, '03 and '07). I sold my '07 earlier this year. They were fantastic bikes but the RR is epic... ABS, gear shift assist and the different modes! It's much better in the balance department too (compared to my R1's, IMO)... I'd like to hit the track with it soon..
