What trunk spoiler fits the 2011 E93 Convertible?

I just recently bought a 2011 E93 Convert. And was wondering what wing spoiler will fit it. The 2011 has a middle brake light on trunk. Please help.
i'm looking for a wing spoiler, something big. thanks.

We offer the M3 style lip for your car in either painted or carbon.

Vorsteiner also just released their carbon E93 bootlid if you are after a more aggressive look.

Sort of reminds me of this though. You sure you want a big wing?

Yes and no, some spoilers are not interchangeable between coupes and convertibles as they do have different trunk shapes. The BMW Performance Competition Carbon Spoiler is interchangeable between the models though.

Nick, while I completely respect you're professional opinion as you deal with this everyday, I beg to differ on the fitment of the BMW Competition Spoiler. I test fitted one to my car and it absolutely did NOT fit as that spoiler is specifically designed for the coupe. Definitely not the convertible. Unless they make two versions, which I dont think they do.

I would have gotten it if it did in fact fit.

Odd, BMW offers the same spoiler for both cars. The E93 bootlid is flatter so my guess is that it would need to be flexed to fit properly. Not sure why BMW lists it for both models under the same PN but that is what I show. I have only fitted it to a coupe however.

Does the regular OEM M3 rear spoiler for the E92 fit the E93 or not??? Some say yes and others say no. Even the guys at Tischer aren't sure.

There are some on the 3 series forum (e.g. ParamedicsX5) who have listed it ("M3 spoiler") as a mod but I haven't been able to confirm that it is OEM.

Thanks!

You can typically make them work, but fitment usually isn't 100% since the different shape in trunk lids. For example, the carbon fiber BMW Performance spoiler fits, however there's a slight gap under the center section when mounted. I actually used a pic from an M3 vert for our website pic of this special - check 'er out here to see what I mean. (click 'view full image' to see a larger pic)

Thanks, Evan!

Hmmm... If the BMW Performance spoiler fits the rear line of the E93 trunk but just doesn't snug up to the top of that trunk, then perhaps the regular M3 lip spoiler does fit, since it is more flexible and can be made to mold to the top of the trunk better than the CF performance one. Thoughts?

Have fun this weekend! Project sapphire awaits your return.

You da man!

I've fitted an E92 OEM lip spoiler to my E93. It needed flexing a bit but fitted bang on.

I finally test fit an OEM M3 lip spoiler to my E93 and it did NOT fit at all.

Is this spoiler still available? I see it on alpina-usa.com, but am hoping the $803.00 pricetag is just to evoke a laugh or two. I certainly giggled a little.
