Invoice price for E90, E92 and E93

I am considering buying an E93 M3 and I have heard that people get up to 5000 Dollars off from MSRP, but I would like to know what the invoice price is for the various models before I go in and negotiate.

So, does anyone have the 2008 INVOICE Pricing for the various models.

Thanks a lot and keep the posts on coming.

I love this forum!

That's the first I've heard about that. I think "profit" is around $6K, so $5K off would be invoice + $1K. I think it's rare to get that kind of pricing on an E93 335i, let alone an E93 M3. There's more wiggle room in the E90, though. Good luck.

That's what I thought.

Of course unless one purchases via ED, then $1K + ED Invoice (which btw is less than US invoice) is very possible

True. True. (On the 335) There's no ED discount on the Ms, though. Back to the E93 335, some dealers still don't understand the concept of ED. I went to one dealer, about 6 months before ordering an M3, and the guy wouldn't budge from X dollars below MSRP. I told him that I'd pay $1,500 over invoice, and he just wouldn't move. I gave him the whole explanation that the car wouldn't be taken out of his allocation, and he was simply throwing away free money by turning down my sale as I'd just go to one of the other dealers in town, but still nothing. The ED M3s do come out of allocation, and don't have reduced invoice prices, for anyone who doesn't know. (Much less bargaining power for the buyer.)

Invoice on the base E92 is $51980. You can configure it with options at Edmunds to see what happens to it then:
