Yeah I think so. It's likely the first ones are directly sourced from NGK. The second ones are sourced from a BMW stealership. Since BMW does not have a spark plug factory, what likely happens is that they buy the same plugs from NGK, slap a BMW logo sticker on the box, jack up the price 100%, sell the item to naive consumers, and pad their pockets with the hefty profits.

Unless you care so much about a roundel sticker on the box, buy the first ones instead.
