I've changed the engine oil every 5k miles using Royal Purple Full Synthetic 5w30 and K&N HP1002 Oil Filter. Front/Rear Differential and Transfer Case were drained and replaced with Royal Purple Full Synthetic Gear Oil for better protection/lubrication. Brake Pads were changed/upgraded to EBC Greenstuff. Sparkplugs change/upgraded to Denso Iridium Spark Plugs. Truck has been hand washed, just recently polished and waxed it myself. Has been garage kept until the last couple of months.
