hi peeps, i have a one bed, one bath ground level condo with a small courtyard (pets allowed) for rent.

its located off the I5 and oceanside blvd less than a mile from the beach. 525 sq.ft. and has a detached enclosed garage!

looking for a one year lease at $1,300 a month. let me know if you're interested!

this will be available in august.

Is it for sale? Not interested in renting but I would consider buying if the price is right. Been looking forevers for a small beach property.
