everything looks good except for the money down. waaaaaaay too much. you should be paying $2K at most for drive off if not pretty close to none at all.

putting money down on a lease seems like a bad idea since if anything happens to the car you're out that money. doesn't BMW let you do multiple security deposits, though? that money would be refundable if the car got ripped off or totaled.

The problem is that selling price. You should be getting the car for at least 8-10k under sticker. Work on that and you wont have to put down so much.
