To each his own. Test drive all of them and see what you like. Tracking wise the m3 blows the c63 (don't know about the audis). Most here will tell you the m3 because its an m3 forum. I'm sure if you go to an audi forum they'll tell you the audi is better and same thing with mb forums....

You haven't made the wrong choice, it was the only choice you could have made based on the fact that the RS4 is an old model, the C63 is not as good a driver's car and the RS5 is still a year or two away. |

E92 M3 is the best of its class hands down, but only if you got it with M-DCT.
If I had to choose a sedan it would be the C63 with Performance Pkg. I am a big time BMW guy, but this car is something else and to me an M3 should only come as a coupe |

I'm not trying to start a DCT/6 speed war, but why is it almost 99% of comparison threads I see "M3 all the way ESPECIALLY WITH DCT!"...Most magazines out there have been testing the car with a 6-speed. I picked up my M3 a week ago and the manual transmission is awesome. Driven plenty of manuals, but the power delivery is so smooth with the M3. Just my opinion, some of the people who buy DCT (probably don't know how to drive manual maybe ) always refer to the 6-speeders as cavemen or something substandard.

Well ,it's your choice offcourse, you have to feel good about it.
But I didnt even consider other cars when I went for the M3. It was a dream since I was 14 years old |

I like my choice of M3. My old man just picked up a C63 last week. What a great car the C63 is. Any of you who don't believe so need to go take one for a drive. Everyone, including all car magazines keep comparing the C63 to the M3 and after driving both I really don't see why, the only thing they really have in common is the price. The two cars are so totally different. The C63 feels more like driving a big block muscle car. The M3 is way more of a sports car feel. I gotta hand it to MB on their computer system though, blows iDrive away. You really have to go drive both though and see what you like better. I'm very happy with my choice, for me the M3 is the best feeling vehicle to be driving around, more than fast enough for the street and I love the styling. But you can't lose with either choice.

Another speculative, "did I do the right thing" thread. Everyone's answer here is for themselves personally. So, in lue of this being a personal choice only you can answer that. If you even have to second guess it, I'd say in your case you probably didn't think it through enough before you bought it.

I just couldn't resist. It bothered me. I'm sending myself back to the "loosen up" thread again.

Yea. Go to a Mercedes-Benz or Audi forum, and those people will tell you that you were just plain crazy. But us real-life human beings that inhabit the M3 forums? We will be more than happy to tell you that with your decision to get an M3 over those other cars comes our .
