How we treat our employees? Let me tell you this is the best place I have ever worked and I have never been treated with such respect. Everyone at AA is extremely courteous and fair. In the time I have been with Active customers have always been our number one priority. We literally eat breath and sleep BMW"s.

Im not sure who is feeding this to you but its far far far from the truth.

I find it hard to believe our software manager who read your file and saw your rpm would tell you to take it to BMW with such a serious engine failure.

This is not true.

Kind of a sidebar question, but how did you get nominated to be the one to post on here? From what it sounds like, you were never involved with the OP's situation and may not even have worked there at the time of this incident. If that's so, then someone is feeding you info to post here. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Andrew- you were NOT even employed there at this time. For you to make a statement like this, you can ONLY be going based off what someone else has told you.
