Man... sorry that happend.... I know its frustrating but try to put a positive spin on things, at least the damage is only on the bumper and not on the headlight and hood too...

Sorry man! Had the same thing happen to me with previous 335i, but luckly caught the person before he drove off. Also had to replace bumper. Time to replace with a Euro bumper.

I would suggest putting /// M VINYL STICKER on to hide that scar.
Try not to go through insurance since it will effect on your car resale. .

I'm sorry to the OP. This is why all of us have these dumbass parking policies and procedures. Parking a million miles from an entrance etcetera. If I believe I'm gonna be in a parallel parking situation, I leave this car home and take my Honda. It sucks but hey, I don't want to flip out. People just can't drive and don't give a shit. It's a shame you can't just enjoy the car.
