Would this be covered under warranty?

I'm still under warranty for another 3+ months so trying to get everything fixed before it runs out. I've had this gap in the back seat since I've bought the car and it drives me nuts every time I see it. It's between the right seat and the arm rest and I don't think I've seen another car with this issue. (I've owned 2 e9x before this and none had this problem either) It actually looks worse during the day I can try to take a better picture.

Would this be covered under warranty or am I being way too picky? Anyone had this issue?

Take it in, why not if it bugs you that much. You'll regret after the warranty expires. And, it should be covered bumper to bumper. I've taken my car in for more minor than that and it was fixed without question.

I don't see how they could fix that unless there is an adjustment they could tweak. Do you have the fold down seats?

I do have fold down seats but I also don't see how they can fix it unless they replace the seat. That's why I'm skeptical that they'll fix it.

yes, i have fold-down seats- and they don't look like that. i would have noticed it because the above picture looks odd. i doubt it could be fixed without being replaced.
