*Help Year/Milage to Replace Bushings.

Hello, I am doing some research for an upcoming maintenance book for the 1M. I plan to move out after the 1M into the other 1er's and if it has good feedback move into the M3 and 3er's. Here is a very first prototype and a snap shot of the VO 1M maintenance book.



There isn't much information on the bushings over on the 1M forums. So I wanted to ask you all here at M3 post. Looking for recommended years or mileage on replacing the subframe bushings and control arm bushings.

Also would appreciate any other recommended suspension maintenance that you think should be included or would want to see in a future M3 book.
