Wanted to gauge interest on a possible lease assumption for my fully loaded 2011 E93 M3 located in Los Angeles. Must me local, not willing to ship. Mineral White Fox Red Interior 6MT Piano Black Trim (Individual) Convenience Package Dynamic Damper Heated seats Smartphone 19" Wheels Premium sound BMW Assist with Bluetooth 20% Carbon Ceramic tint on side and rear windows Clear Carbon Ceramic tint on front windshield Matte Black vinyl wrapped window trim Lease allowable mileage: 36k Lease ends: 3/28/14 Current miles: 19,xxx Remaining miles: 16,xxx; over 1,200 miles/month Payments: $658.67 + sales tax Buy out: $58,540.48 Will require Security Deposit of $6,000 that you will recoup at end of lease from BMW. Car is in perfect condition with NO accidents so there shouldnt be any issues here. Buyer pays for lease assumption fees.
