Hey as long as its faster than my X5 in turns I'm fine with it and I thjink it's faster. Everyday drivability and seats for 4 or 5 is my priority and I just love the way it looks.

It's a fantastic dd car, my close friend has one.

I do agree though that their should be a middle transmssion setting instead of comfort and sport.

Comfort is too lazy and sport is too aggressive IMO.

Better dd than m3, but probably not as fun on the track bc it's bigger.

Overall, the rs5 IMO feels like a more substantial and expensive car than the m3.

Both good cars, slightly different.

Not sure if it is too late but I absolutely dusted a rs5 today. Was not even close from a roll and we did 3 times. From about 30mph, then 40 then 50 to 120. He actually was embarrassed. Given I have a tune and filter and catless. Also was running e85 mix today and car just felt fast for the past 2 days. Amazing what a tune, catless and the right fuel on the s65 engine can do. The audi has 450hp but is heavy and loses a bunch through awd system. Still I would be quite upset if I had an audi rs5 and it still could not even hang with the m3, (modded I know) but stock for stock it is pretty much even.

thats nice that you meet him but you really can't compare the two cars. obviously your fully bolt on m3 will be faster than the rs5, you should run tuned c63s would love to see the outcome..much closer!

There was a RS5 trailing me today. I was in my DD Audi A4 (a lot of road work where I was traveling). The. RS5 was black with the Titanium package. What a mean and great looking car. I am very happy with the M3 but I wouldn't be upset if the RS was parked in my garage.

I'm in exact same shoes as you were, same feeling except I've never driven 911's but its out of the picture since I need some rear seating room for my kids. Glad that you're enjoying yours and hope it'll serve you well, I'm going to test drive possibly my RS5 tomorrow and see how I like it.

Yo! I think nothing screams "Insecure" more than some retard JDM Fan pretending own an Audi or BMW going on an M3 post to "try" and convince others that his opinion has some form of validation, don't you think?

Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz are world class dominating cars. Obviously everyone else wants to be just like em'

stop!

From far away, I thought it might have been Lime Rock. About 60+ yards, I found out it was Audi.

Gosh, it must be really good to have a g-damn SUGGA DADDY to buy them a $85,000 car. Soft top looks nasty.
I saw this Audi RS5 Cabriolet. 30ish female who is over dressed with brand items. Just reminds me of Jersey Shore yatch.

You and I have very similar cars. I picked up a Misano Red RS5 back in February. I was in a 2012 E92 M3 prior to that and sold it to a nice member or this forum. Absolutely love both cars! Although they are competitors I find that they are very different cars. I wanted to pick up the new F80 but decided to wait. I originally wanted to buy all of the E92 competitors at some point just so I could experience all those NA engines. I may still end up doing that before jumping into the F80. Now if I could find a C63 507 that is not priced ridiculously high.
