Leavenworth Drive - June 15

E46 Fanatics is holding a Leavenworth drive next Saturday:

It would be cool to see some E9x drivers as well. Who's in?

I was contemplating it. It's worth noting this isn't an E46 Fanatics thing, it's a big event.

I might go, won't get e9x by then, but a 325i should do well until then.

It's not put on by E46 Fanatics - it's put on by Jason and crew at Northwest European. But regardless, it's a great event for a great cause. Can't wait - this will be my 9th year going.

Point taken and honest mistake on my end. Someone already corrected my initial post. Was a second time necessary?

She likely didn't catch my post, I'm pretty quiet. It was an honest mistake The event will be great regardless, thanks for making it known in the E9X M community!

My bad dude, hope you didnt take my comment personally - I didnt see that someone already corrected you.

I happen to be good friends with the people who put this drive on every year and you'd be amazed at how many people/companies/organizations try to take credit for it, or try to make money off of it for their own good. Just trying to make sure the correct people get the credit they deserve because it's not easy putting together a drive that brings in thousands of cars.

Now to decide which car to drive!

That's the dilema! I'd prefer to take my E30 because it looks the best and gets lots of love, but it's also a huge pain in the ass to drive. It's too low and is stressful to drive. I've also been slacking and still havent had the front lip or rear bumper painted and installed, so it doesn't look as good as i'd like.

But on the other hand, there isn't much done to my M3 so it just blends in to the crowd.. Decisions decisions. Will most likely make a game-time decision Saturday morning depending on the weather, so it could still go either way! Or i'll say screw it and leave both cars at home and just ride with my fiance.

Had an awesome time as usual! The E9X crowd didn't have much of a showing though (no help from me since i drove my E30). Think I only saw one E90 M3, and maybe a few E9X's in general. Hope to see more of you next year!
