Premium Sound in the 2008 M3

I'm about to buy an M3 which states "Premium Sound"on the description. How can I tell if it really has premium sound? Are there any insignias on the speaker covers?

And if buy the car under the assumption that it does have premium sound, later find out that it doesn't, does that qualify me to return the vehicle to the dealer for mis-advertising the installed features of the car?

the premium sound speakers are easily seen through the covers.
the standard speaker covers are covered in a thin black cloth, and the speaker cones are not easily visible.

Ok, so I guess from dealer photos it would be hard to tell? One used car dealer saw the pictures and said right out that there was no premium sound, but based on the resolution of the photos I don't see how he could affirm that. So there are no symbols or logos hanging from the cloth?

When I was researching my car (bought used from a Ford dealer), I asked a BMW dealer to give me a spec list based on the VIN. There were a bunch of options I wasn't anticipating listed, including Premium Sound (a bonus to me).

Not sure about your last question, although I doubt it.
