1.Do you need to purchase connecting pipes with this rear section? I would be using stock x-pipe.
2. how much drone?
If the answer to these questions is no, I've finally found an exhaust.

I don't want to say there are alot but there are definitely a few exhausts that fit your criteria

I'm totally with you about the service. I would assume a company like challenge would be much better with their products since they sell so many xpipes and lip/diffusers. Good call on getting the baseline dyno it's really going to help you see your gains which should be pretty awesome. Looking forward to the upcoming thread hahaha

Sorry if I wasn't clear. Do you need to order seperate connecting pipes with the Challenge rear section? Does the Challenge exhaust drone?

For the rear section alone no you don't need connecting pipes and as far as drone goes there probably isn't much if it all none. Rear sections usually don't add drone except for the 2k range our cars naturally have

Luis,

I'm shooting you a PM, as this is the first ive seen on a thread today. I talked with EAS on this to see what was the issue on your order. Just an FYI also, we moved the shop a month or 2 ago, so we had to change the number due to the distance we moved that uses a different area code. All the sites have since been updated. # 847-466-7463

Thank you for your order via EAS. Unfortunately we had a huge demand for sport x pipes out of nowhere that drained our stock on them seemingly overnight which pushed them into backorder status as we set up to run a small lot of them to adjust inventory. We'll be sure that EAS forwards you any tracking one your item is ready in the coming days. We look forward to your reviews of our product!

If the answer to these questions is no, I've finally found an exhaust.
The rear section is a full bolt on rear section. No added connection pipes are required

We did our best to maintain the smooth BMW v8 sound with adding some grunt to it and keeping cruising resonance to a minimum.

Ditto. I'm not in love with one video that's posted.

wow, I have this setup and it's freakin loud! I get told off at the track, get pulled over by cops, and if I dare floor it downtown, pedestrians almost shit their pants.

It's a bit raspy, but mean and 'exotic' and it gets a lot of compliments. It's almost a bit too loud for me though, as I can't drive it hard around town without attracting too much attention, which isn't really my style

These guys are asking about the Challenge exhaust, rear section. Your eisenmann race, with our sport X pipe is one beastly sound. the Race eisenmann is definately louder than our rear section.

I will try to record a few videos over the weekend of just the rear section paired with the stock x-pipe. So far I'm extremely happy with the Challenge exhaust. I haven't heard anything else in person that has such a good balance of sound, no drone, build quality and price.

Once alpha///m installs his setup paired with the sport x-pipe, we can try to do a side by side comparison with my rear section only.
