M3 Alternatives?

Hey we're all kinda just talking about nonsense here, so i was wondering is there like any M3 killers out there (please don't bring up the Audi, or 335)
no ones talked about the lexus IF or w/e, but i can probably guess why.

Might be a 997TT killer...very interested to see how that performs when it comes out.

Have you driven any M3 on the track and which track? For how long did you drive the M3, and the evos at the track?

I am open to any people's opinion on "which is better", but I do not buy it if you just read it from internet or magazines....or he said/she said

if m3 sedan does not have CF i may be tempted with the 335 but after optioning it out it ends up close to the m3 it makes sense to get the m3 just for that V8 lump!! HOOYA!
