Moving to San Antonio

what part of town will you be working at/commuting to? i'd check out zillow or craigslist for rentals. there is a good rental market.

when you get here, post so you can come to our monthly M meets.

I'll be working around the southern side. We looked around the newer construction on 1604. My wife is working at Ft Sam. So we are expecting 30-45 min drive times to where we work.

I'll be looking around for Cars&Coffees, looks like a good group down there.

We looked at one place and the owners had a Black E92 M in the garage. Was kinda hoping he was on the forum.

the C&C is an ok turnout, the Austin one is pretty big. we have local gatherings and events.

the Ft Sam area is kinda tough so your commute time is what you stated. the newer construction on 1604 is pretty far west. have you considered new braunfels or schertz area? i'd stay as much north as possible but avoid the 281 area as new construction on that highway just started and will be a nightmare over the next two years.

I have a few friends near Schertz. We thought about NB too, but I have a kid whose a gymnast. So the gym where he's going to is on the west side of town. We will see what happens.
