Yeah right buddy. They were getting so much bad press it was crazy. Typical asshole dealer attitude.

Still showing the arrogant attitude that got them into trouble in the first place.

sorry, no dice here.

after reading the edmunds piece, the manager gets the glory, and pins it on the internet guy. dealerships have a chain of command, and there should be no way general/top/main manager didn't know (unless they weren't doing their job), and after 3 or more auction term edits, they still claim they didn't know about the missing reserve or something. excuses, excuses...

His quotes just pissed me off more. I was starting to forgive the dealership in light of selling Dooma the car, but after reading that they're even further in the red. Stop lying you damn sleazebags!!!

well i joined because of this, but moosepoop only had 1 post, where as mooseman had 19 and was the first and major protagonist,i guess the paper chose that name in an effort to show immaturity?(on whose part?they printed it)

Oooh...interesting question! According to Wikipedia under the entry for Blue Law (not well-cited, mind you...) Nebraska's not on the list. Just Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania.

I've noticed that there's not a single one open here in North Central Florida...Gentlemen's agreement, I guess.

This is ridiculous. It makes me sick how the greasebags now even try to capitalize on their whole scam.

I bet they are trying to do some type conditions that will not let him flip the car without the stealership getting their cut. Ferrari started to do this on their new cars awhile back. The general thought was that this type of condition was not enforceable, especially when you paid cash. But should you do flip your new Ferrari without using the dealership chances are you never get another new one at MSRP.

well I've been checking periodically. I just BMW of Lincoln makes a good deal and all is over. I'm not so sure on both exterior and interior colour of this M3, but at USD$60K for M3 E90, this is a huge super bargain.
