Residuals on 24 month leases in '11 were pretty good I suppose.

Make money on sale of 2011.
Get 2013 for $100 less a month.
Why not?

That is quite funny, I actually did the opposite! I sold my 2013 and bought a 2008, and my 08 pulls so much harder and faster than the 2013...

It's all a mental game guys.

I'm glad I have a 2013 so I will never have to wonder whether a later year's edition is faster.

Of course the new model will be faster, but I knew that when I bought the last NAV8.

Logic?

For example, I had an 08 and then jumped to a 2011 for better financing, lower payment, more features, different color, fresh warranty, etc.

With the savings, I also got another Euro Delivery out of it.
One of the smartest little chess games I ever played.

Well I think I missed that boat, I should have switched to get one of the last E90 cars and gone for a snazzier exterior color. I'm now officially sorry I didn't do what you did...

We need some dyno proof. My 09 is a real "civic" now.

This might be the answer. Whenever I drive my S2000 instead of my e90, it sure FEELS like it's accelerating much faster-at least until I actually look at the speedo and see 45 instead of the 70 that I was expecting.

I wouldn't do that. The Ygo has horrible crumple zones.

Yes, but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to do it. The '08 non-ZCP cars are now so slow...it will take a long time to get to the cliff.

Lighter, less insulated and less luxurious cars definitely give a greater sensation of speed.
