Also dude bad news again! So I was driving on the 91 freeway when all of a sudden some huge object from the OTHER SIDE of the freeway comes flying towards my car and it hits my CF roof really hard. As I was driving back home I was crossing my fingers that nothing happened. When I got home I saw 2 pretty deep chips on the top of my cf roof!!!!

It sucks because I can't even repair that, or can you repair chips in carbon fiber?

yeah, was thinking the same thing...next food truck event for sure..

was looking at an x pipe for a bit, but don't wanna cut my stocks..

been looking at a few slip-on cat backs, but pricing is ridiculous IMO.

went up to royal muffler to see if they can just swap the tips out as that's my main gripe about the OEM exhaust, but not much room to work with the OEM design...

so I'm kinda at a stand still...

like you, research, decide if I really want it, research...

I do like the akra slip on tho as it seems to have the best value retention...

Like you, I think I'll stay stock for a bit...

true on all points..funny as the vanguard is actually very well priced right now from pyspeed...tempting as well and drone/noise reports are positive with that set up. for a ti exhaust, i was quoted around the same as a BNIB eis sport setup, even better than with some vendor eis quotes...

i was looking into the bastuck exhaust as well, but they seem to make a one size fits all for all e9x models, and i'm not into getting a diffuser to make the tips sit right nor do I want to hack a brand axle back tog et it to sit right...and I was surprised at the price considering it's a non ti system...

BTW: looks like people are trying to figure out how to code/change the speed lock for the vert's and the top down feature...
