What oil would you use at -4F/-20C?

TWS or a lighter LL-01? I've made my decision, Pennzoil Ultra 5W-40 Euro. Your thoughts?

I looked for that oil as it is supposed to still be Group IV. I couldn't find any.

I would use Mobil 1 0w40 -- ultra high VI will help with the cold performance.
