I'm looking at Akrapovic slip on but to be honest I hate to spend 3,500 for just the look...Lets see what BMW has in mind when they release theirs....

The Akrapovic slip on doesn't only look good, they also have one of the best if not the best build quality I have ever seen, sounds awesome and practically no drone, incredibly light and also adds a few hp and torque as well. After 3 months of intensive research, I eventually decided to go for it despite the high cost.

It's one of the weakest looking diffuser on the market IMO.

Im really liking this rear diff. Does anyone that have one know if they make one with just the center piece? Like the Version II of the Vorsteiner without the outside cf section?

I was advised that my Arkym Rear Diffuser has just been shipped out. Can't wait to receive them in the next few days and have them installed. Thanks Eric for the great service!

MaverickNemesis, You were right about the color however it was painted white first and when I saw it I decided to go with black. don't get me wrong it was not as bad as it sounds but for sure Black is better (semi-gloss finish). Now I'm thinking of painting the front and the back bumper grills the same black to match the kidney grill and the diffuser...What do you think?

na dont even bother with the grills its not even worth it. I told you a diffuser should never be painted the same as the car unless its molded on... but regardless the car is looking good. Im hoping to buy the arkym front soon but i have the vrs one on already in white

I kinda agree with MaverickNemesis, diffusers shouldn't be painted the same as body color unless its molded. I think semi gloss black would look awesome on your AW M3

Hi MaverickNemesis! I just received my Arkym diffuser today and wanted to get your recommendation on whether to install the Arkym diffuser first or my brand new Akra Slip On? I still have my stock axle-back exhaust in my M3. Thanks!

First: Take off Stock Exhaust
Second: Clean bumper real good making sure no dirt is left (same goes for the diffuser)
Third: Use Double Sided Tape on the Diffuser and bolt on the Diffuser with the 4 screws underneath the car.
Fourth: You should let the diffuser settle in a little and use painters blue tape to keep the diffuser in place without movement.
Fifth: Either let the car sit for a day while the double sided tape has a firm grip or just bolt on the akra exhaust while its held with the painters tape.

Just make sure the double sided tape holds up so you wont go thru what I went thru and had to do it a 2nd time lol
