Production Week received... the long wait starts

Two days after ordering my M3 Coupe I received a production of Week 45 with the following build.

NCSW Black Novillo Leather
A52 Space Grey Met
ZCP Competition Pkg
494 Heated seats
ZPP Premium Package
4MY Carbon Leather Trim
2MK M Double Clutch
6NR BMW Apps
752 Premium Sound

I will be taking delivery in the UK for my U.S. Spec M3, so the transportation time shouldn't be that long. Has there been instances when the production week has been moved for anyone?

While I wait, I plan on reading up on the iDrive system, and will be purchasing the amber rear taillights along with the Euro Light Switch.

Has anyone come across an inventory listing of what is suppose to come with the car upon delivery? I've heard of people missing items, and I want to make sure everything is available when I take delivery. ie, # of keys, valet key, floor mats, air compressor, warning triangle, fix a flat, tow hook, DVD's, Manuals, first aid kit, flashlight, pouches, ect.....

I'm suppose to be in Germany for about 7 weeks starting next week. It would be awesome if I can go visit the factory and watch "my actual" car get built and roll down the assembly line.

Congrats! There have been cases where Production Weeks have changed, but not likely.
