Yup! That's what I heard as well.
I think this car will be more of a EVO and STi fighter. With tuning and supporting mods, it could "probably" hang with a stock 2014 M3.

The base CLA is already 30k without any options. A well equipped CLA will be $40k with options then add your AMG premium. |

not a huge fan of the styling. looks all droopy, especially the tail lights.
what's interesting is that the turbo 4 cylinder is about 6.5 sec 0-60. the 328 is faster and arguably better looking. what's bmw's response to this? CLS dominated the segment for years. the 6 series grand coupe is still lagging in sales in comparison. |

I have to agree with you on the AWD system. Performance wise, MB would have to make vast improvements on their AWD system if they ever decided to compete with the EVO and Sti when it comes to handling.

I wasn't stock for long (900 miles) but burned a couple c63's off the line. I hooked, they spun. I dyno'd at 365 RWHP stock + I have DCT.

Based on experience, 2010-2012 stock c63's always have smoked the 2010-2012 M3's on a straight line. Take note, this is an M3 with 6 speed. Hmm, 2013 M3's with DCT's are pretty quick of the line.

The new 328 front looks a pretty similar to the e92, so it really did not get my attention.
