DCT Shift Lights?

I have a new DCT M3 convertible. Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but it seems my shift lights are not coming on. Is there an idrive setting or a choice of whether to use them or not? If I recall correctly, there is a setting for this in M Drive, but is there a general setting for the lights? (I am not even sure I want to use them, I just want to know they are working and I can use them if I want to.).

Thank you.

It's in the manual, you have to activate them. They only come on around 7k or so, so you shouldn't see them during the break-in period (hint hint).

I had a feeling that it might be due to my keeping the rpms low due to break-in. Thank you.
